Our Christian Aim

Our aim as Christian must be to go to heaven. So how can we achieve this goal?" Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate, and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it(Matthew 7:13-14)." The road to heaven is narrow, but we can reach there through faith even if it is narrow.
God did everything to save us, and he wanted us to live with him in heaven. He gave his only son Jesus for us to achieve this goal. It's not challenging to reach heaven; the only thing that we have to do is to believe in Christ." If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). That's it; the only thing we must do is to believe in Christ. We don't reach heaven by doing good to others." For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works so that no one can boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9).
In the bible, we can see two robbers who were crucified along with Jesus, one at the right hand and one at the left. These two were bandits, and they might have led a sinful life. But Jesus forgives one of the robbers because of his faith." One of the criminals who were hanged there was hurling abuse at Him, saying, "Are You not the Christ? Save Yourself and us!" But the other responded, and rebuking him, said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our crimes; but this man has done nothing wrong." And he was saying, "Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!" And He said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise." (Luke 23:39-43).
So the only way we can reach heaven is through Christ. Believe in him and always ask for the help of the Holy Spirit in your daily life." Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6)
